New Build / Extension, complete transformation including additional garage conversion, new build patio and driveway conversion.
This project involved the complete transformation of a three-bedroom property into a modern five-bedroom family home through a combination of a double-storey extension and additional first-floor extensions, effectively creating a new build standard residence.
The property was fully reconfigured and modernised, including a new open-plan kitchen and dining extension, a cinema room, and a full upgrade of all bathrooms, including a new family bathroom, two refurbished bathrooms, and a new ground floor WC.
Externally, the home was completely redesigned with a full re-render in white silicone for a clean contemporary finish. The outdoor areas were also fully upgraded, including a new patio with limestone and porcelain paving, a complete garden redesign, and a fully reconstructed modern driveway.
The result is a high-spec, contemporary family home that combines extensive structural expansion with full internal and external modernisation.
